What Are Your Products Made Out Of?
All of my products are made from simple ingredients; the lip balms are made with coconut oil, shea butter, soy wax and essential oils and the candles are made with soy wax and essential oils. See my 'About My Products' page for more information on the benefits of these ingredients.
What Kind Of Jewelry Will I Find In The Lip Balm/Bling Candles?
The jewelry that you will find in every lip balm and candle is guaranteed quality. All pieces under $100 are Rose Gold plated, Platinum plated, Sterling Silver and/or Austrian Crystal, Cubic Zirconia or Lab Opals. The pieces valued at $100 or more are Diamonds and/or Gemstones with Gold or Platinum plating or Sterling Silver. Remember- every lip balm/bling candle bought is a chance at finding jewelry valued at $1000 or more!
How Should I Store My Lip Balm?
Make sure to store your lip balm in a cool, dry place and avoid extreme temperatures. Don't leave your lip balm in your car on a hot, summer day! You may find your jewelry faster but you will have wasted a lot of product, so be careful!
How Much Lip Balm/Candle Do I Get?
Each lip balm contains 1 oz of product and every small candle is 2.5 oz. Every Bigger Bling Candle is 6oz. However, actual weight of product will vary based on product, container and jewelry combined.
How Fresh Is Your Product?
All products are made to order. That means as soon as you place your order, I will hand make your lip balm/candles. That way you know that your products are fresh. Because of this, please allow 5-7 business days for processing after your order is placed.
Due to products being 'Made To Order' please allow 2 weeks for processing for orders of 10 or more.
Please make yourself aware of the ingredients in each product before purchasing. If you have an allergy to any of those, please avoid that product.
Shipping During The Hot Season Or To Hot Climates?
Due to the nature of my product, the lip balms can melt in extreme temperatures. Kimmys' Kissables does offer both First Class and Priority shipping. Products that are shipped First Class mail take a day or two longer than Priority so some softening or possible melting of the product is possible. If you receive my products during the hotter months, please put them in the fridge for a half hour to firm up. Kimmys' Kissables is not responsible for items that arrive melted.
When Do Orders Ship?
Orders that are placed Monday through Friday (except on holidays) will be processed within 5-7 business days. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following business day. Orders must be approved through credit card authorization and verification. All orders that have been processed and shipped will receive a confirmation email.
Do You Have A Return Policy?
Kimmys' Kissables does accept returns on 'Damaged On Arrival' products. Any claims must be reported within 5 business days. All returns must include the merchandise (securely packaged) and a copy of the invoice-you will find your invoice in your confirmation email. Please allow 10-15 business days for your return to be processed; processing will begin after I have received your returned merchandise. *Clearance items are not eligible for return. You pay shipping for returned items.
Do You Have A Warranty?
My goal is to provide high quality products. I stand by the items I sell and guarantee that they will be free from defects at the time of delivery (see Return Policy for DOA merchandise). Kimmys' Kissables is not responsible for damaged products after the 5 day claim period has passed.
